Seattle Department of Transportation Opens Virtual Office Hours for Community Questions on 15th Ave NE Paving Project

Monthly virtual office hours on the fourth Thursday of each month between 3 and 4 PM, except for the November and December months, where they will be on the 3rd Thursday. See a full list of dates below.

The purpose of this ongoing event is to maintain open lines of communication with neighbors and stakeholders and to provide an opportunity for you to ask questions of project team members. Join by computer audio
By default, Microsoft Teams requests access to the camera and microphone on your computer. You can disable both; however, please note you will not be heard if your microphone is not enabled.
Work in the coming weeks will include the following:
-Water main installations at NE 70th St, heading north
-Fire hydrant installation between NE 70th St and NE 75th St beginning next week. Sidewalk impacts and pedestrian detours should be expected
-Water main line testing between NE 70th St and NE 75th St starting as soon as Friday
-Demolition of road and area prep work on the west side of 15th Ave NE, from NE 66th St to NE 69th St
-Sidewalk and curb ramp work on the west side of 15th Ave NE, from NE 66th St to NE 69th St
-Base paving between NE 69th St and NE 70th St
-Equipment and staging materials will remain temporarily in place in the following areas:
-The staging at NE 77th St will be opened for through traffic for a period of about one month. After that, 77th St, heading west toward -14th Ave NE, will be closed for staging on the north and south sides of the street.
-NE 73rd St, heading east toward 16th Ave NE and on both the north and south sides of the street.
