Environmental Citizen Advocacy 101 Training Event – Sept 21

Do you care about climate change and the environment?  Have you ever wondered what you personally could do to effect political change, even though acting as an individual seems hopeless?

350 Seattle is holding an Environmental Citizen Advocacy 101 training event on Wed, Sept. 21, from 7-9 pm, open to the public.

We’ve been there.  But now we want to work with you to get the attention of policymakers. We can’t wait for politicians to make bold moves in support of the environment. We have to do it now, ourselves.

Join us for an evening at a brewery and learn about how we can act together to spark political environmental action and about the Clean Air Rule, a proposed act regulating emissions in WA from polluters like ExxonMobile.  We’ll discuss how you can take action NOW as a citizen advocate with your elected legislator.
