Become a Soil & Water Steward with the Tilth Alliance

The Soil and Water Stewardship program is a comprehensive, nine-month training in sustainable food production and environmental stewardship for King County residents. Apply what you learn through hands-on community service projects like building garden beds, installing rain gardens and creating habitat for wildlife and pollinators.

This program runs from February to October and participants learn about a variety of topics including organic gardening, permaculture, stormwater management, water conservation and more. The program is open to residents of King County.
