Come hear two informative speakers, Daphne Wysham & Andrea Rodgers, talk about climate policy in Washington state:  what weakens it, what strengthens it.  This is a great way to prepare for when Washington’s Department of Ecology re-releases their draft carbon-pollution rule and re-opens the comment period.
