21 Acres Class: Winter Wellness – Feb 2

Driving rain, blowing wind, dropping temperature, the weather report is threatening snow, and you’re feeling a sore throat coming on! Yikes, how do we prepare ourselves? Well, the weather is what it is, but there’s plenty we can do to avoid that sore throat getting worse. Join 21 Acres culinary instructor Rebecca Sorenson and naturopathic doctor Paul Despres as they teach us which foods and herbs can support our immune system through the cold/flu season. Together we will make a nutrient-rich bone broth to nourish the whole body, a sage steam to relieve sinus congestion, a classic spicy fire cider to stimulate the immune system, and a winter tea to promote healing.
