Panelists will include:

  • LuAnne Thompson, Director of the UW Program on Climate Change on what the science knows about how global warming will impact sea levels,
  • James Rufo Hill, Seattle Public Utilities climate adaptation specialist, on how the city planning has been addressing sea level rise impacts, and
  • Colin Wahl, Environmental Scientists, Tulalip Tribes, on how sea level rise is expected to impact their natural and cultural resources and the exercise of their treaty rights.
