Wild Olympics Happy Hour @ Patagonia Ballard – July 21

Join Washington Wild for a Happy Hour at Patagonia Ballard on July 21st from 3pm to 6pm! 

2018 marks the 50^th anniversary of the Wild and Scenic River Act. This federal protection is the strongest a river can receive. Wild rivers on the Olympic Peninsula all merit this protection. They can sustain the habitat for Washington’s iconic wildlife populations, provide clean drinking water to their human neighbors, and instill a sense of wonder in recreators as they travel through.

Join Washington Wild for happy hour on July 21st to learn about the Wild Olympics campaign! If passed it will protect over 460 miles of river on the Olympic Peninsula as Wild and Scenic. 

During the event Washington Wild will host a special screening of the documentary “Wild Olympics” produced by our partners at American Whitewater and Patagonia, as well as provide opportunities to get involved with the Wild Olympics Campaign.
