Take a tour of a Net Zero Home – Oct 22

As proof to doubters that energy efficiency and renewable energy is the answer to global climate change, Pamela Burton and Jeremy Smithson remodeled their 108 year old Phinney Ridge home. This spring, under the Living Building Challenge, they were certified Net Zero by the International Living Future Institute. Sharing this home with home owners, architects, builders and students is their passion.  On Saturday, October 22nd, the home will be open to tour from 11am to 4pm at 5308 Baker Ave NW, west of Woodland Park. For information 206-402-6926.
