A day of sharing practical skills with our neighbors – we will have short workshops on a wide variety of skills.
This year we have some new offerings: some digital technology, as well a class on electric bike conversions. You can also bring clothes you no longer wear to exchange for some “new” to you, and get help fixing a tool or gadget, and bike. Exchange kefir and kombucha scobies. Learn to knit, spin yarn, weave baskets, cultivate mushrooms and prepare healthy foods. And there is much more…
Lunch with guest speakers, Anne Bikle and David Montgomery, discussing their latest book, The Hidden Half of Nature.
