The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is evaluating three alternative routes for the “Missing Link” of the Burke-Gilman Trail in an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).  The Missing Link is a stretch of the trail between 11th Avenue NW and NW 45th Street and the Hiram Chittenden (Ballard) Locks.  It is the last, uncompleted portion of a regional, multi-use trail that travels east from Golden Gardens Park in Seattle to Bothell.

Attend the open house to learn about the alternative routes, how they will be evaluated, and the timeframe for the EIS.  This event is an early opportunity for you to learn more about the project so you can make informed comments when the draft EIS is released in 2016.

Questions? Contact the SDOT project team at 206-615-0786 or BGT_MissingLink_Info@seattle.gov. To request an interpreter or accommodations for persons with disabilities, please contact SDOT at least five working days before the event.
