“Coming back from an extended vacation, our family saw ‘RainWise’ signs all over our neighborhood. Ballard had had a facelift while we were gone!

Our family talked about what we were seeing and decided to get some more information. Also, we were seeing signs at RainWise sites for ‘Fasoldt Gardens.’ Our daughter went to school with the Fasoldts’ kids, so we gave Nancy and Dave Fasoldt a call. After Nancy came out to our house, she let us know we could have two gardens, one on each side of the driveway. The installation went smoothly, and we even decided to add stepping stones.

People walk by all the time and comment on our beautiful rain gardens. They’re a joy to see, and it’s wonderful to know that they also are helping Puget Sound — a win-win.”
