Just $650 to go to complete the 5th Tiny House!
Nickelsville-Ballard has moved in, including five new tiny houses! Thanks to the generosity of so many people donating through Sustainable Ballard, we have raised $11,100, enough to pay for four of the tiny houses and three-quarters of another!
This important project is providing safe structures for people who would otherwise be living in tents.
Each house has a price tag of $2,350 — $1,800 for lumber & materials, $250 for overhead light and ventilation fan and $300 to move each house from the build site to Ballard.

If you would like your donation to be tax-deductible, please write your check to Low Income Housing Institute with “Tiny House Ballard” in the memo line, and mail it to us at the above address.
