Sustainable Ballard’s Giving Sunday is on August 13th!

Check your pantry, closets, bookshelves, and more – and bring your quality donations to Sustainable Ballard’s “Giving Sunday” at Ballard Commons Park (across from Ballard Library) on Sunday, August 13 from 10am – 1pm. We’ll get your excess to folks that need more including Books to Prisoners, Ballard Food Bank, Free Letters Home, Knitters for the Homeless, T2P2, Ballard Tool Library and others. So gather up your under-used items and give them more life by passing them on to others! This is a great opportunity to do some mid-Summer cleaning and help out neighbors at the same time. We look forward to seeing you in the Park August 13th!

See the chart below for most needed items.

You are welcome to drive up and drop off (with help from our local Boy Scout troop) or park and learn more about each of these needed programs. Join us any time from 10:00am to 1:00pm for this donation drive supporting several of our on-going Projects as well as some of our community partners.
