GO! Team Meeting – Sep 26

All are welcome to join the GO Team!  The Group Operations Team is in place to ensure that Sustainable Ballard functions well as an organization and has procedures in place for smooth operations.  The next team meeting is set for Tuesday, September 26th @ 6pm at Ballard Coffee Works.

2017 goals for the group are:

• Research and set up functional easy-to-Use document storage system (including set up levels of access and access protocol)
• Catalog all documents and identify additional doc needs
• Clean up, Organize, and Store existing docs in Easy-To-Use System
• Train Board Members how to access and use system
• Create draft Operations Manual
• Produce missing documents
