Want to be a Giving Gardener? – sustainable BALLARD

Are you a vegetable gardener who has a little extra space to “grow a row” for hungry people? We at Ballard Sprouts will have free veggie starts for you to pick up in mid-May. Please email Jenny to get on our email list for updates on date and location for pick up. Once you’ve grown the vegetables, you will be responsible to deliver them to Ballard Food Bank. Once we have distributed plants to giving gardeners, the remaining plants will be available for a donation to help cover the cost of supplies and materials for the Sprouts program.
