Join culinary instructor and classic Japanese Chef Yuka Honda in this hands-on class exploring the many ways to use local, sustainably grown carrots in your daily meals and snacks. Yuka will guide guests in making a full meal including fried carrot leaves, pureed soft boiled carrots with a kick, rustic farro with minced carrots, baby carrots in a flavorful sauce, and an eye-appealing dessert!
