Despite the recent snow, Spring is in the air – have you seen the crocuses, daffodils, and even a few cherry trees blooming? That also means that it’s time to start thinking about this year’s Edible Garden Tour – happening in central Ballard on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

Please contact Alyssa if you’d like to get involved in planning, live in Central Ballard(15th Ave to 24th and 60th to 85th) and would like to be a garden host, or would like to be on our volunteer list! Our first (virtual) meeting is on Wednesday March 20th. We typically have monthly planning meetings March-June. There is all sorts of work to be done – individual or group, indoor or outdoor – from scouting for gardens, spreading the word by tabling at events, postering, soliciting raffle goods, and helping out on the tour day. There’s an easy and fun way to help for varying availability. We look forward to another fantastic garden tour together with you this Summer!
