Learn multiple delicious recipes cooking with transparent apples in our first cooking and preservation class of the summer. Transparent apples are a unique, early season apple with a sharp, tart taste. They can be identified by their light green skin. Their bold taste make them a perfect candidate for cooking a wide variety of products. In this interactive class, participants will learn how to make apple butter, apple chips, and sauce using transparent apples.
