21 Acres Class: International Northwest – Mar 12

Celebrate heritage food from around the world in this monthly series, celebrating global flavors. Guest chefs and 21 Acres’ kitchen staff will demonstrate how to create international cuisine from locally grown ingredients, while discussing the history and origin of the food being prepared. Then, sit down to enjoy snacks and a Q&A with the presenter(s) after the demonstration.

For March, Chef Paola Querzoli, born and raised in Italy, brings traditional Northern Italian cuisine to life. Learn how to make squash ravioli in this hands-on class, and enjoy samplings while discussing Italian food culture and history with Chef Paola.

Registration is required in advance for culinary programs. All proceeds benefit educational programming at 21 Acres and initiatives related to accelerating social change toward more sustainable ways of growing, eating and living that protect the environment while supporting a better quality of life.
