Climate Justice Workshops

In Beyond False Solutions: Climate Resiliency in District 6, we will learn how to build equitable solutions for climate justice in Seattle, focused on District 6 but applicable to all. 

Join this workshop to learn the difference between a false solution and a real solution, and to partner with your neighbors as you uncover how to take real and immediate action for climate justice in Seattle.

It’s presented by CARW’s Climate Justice Solidarity Group. The workshop was developed at the request of and in partnership with For the People – a grassroots organizing collective that provides a stable platform for community organizers to activate social justice projects.  

The workshops will be held:

• Saturday, July 20 (12pm – 2:30 pm, Fremont Library)
• Wednesday, July 31 (7pm – 9:30 pm, Ballard Verity Credit Union)
• Saturday, August 3 (12pm – 2:30 pm, Green Lake Library)
