Salish Sea Trading delivers CSA produce via windpower

Sustainable Ballard members Fulvio and Kathy, and Alex Tokar have formed a cooperative that delivers CSA produce boxes from Sequim down into Ballard. The first delivery of fresh, organic vegetables took place Sunday, June 27th, from 10 AM – 12PM at Aster Coffee Lounge in downtown Ballard. Kathy’s new electric truck will meet the sailboat at the city dock and make the deliveries.
