Come to the 4th Thursday Repair Cafe, brought to you by the Ballard Tool Library!

For our August Repair Cafe, we’ll be building a Little Free Library. Come learn or practice basic building skills with like-minded people. The Little Free Library will be raffled off at this year’s Sustainable Ballard Festival.

And as usual, if you have something that needs mending, fixing, or repair or need some advice, we are here to help, and it’s FREE!

We’ll have volunteer specialists skilled in fixing and maintaining a range of items, as well as tools for you to use during the Cafe. No signup needed, first come, first served.

A few of the tools we’ll have on hand…
• sewing machines • awl • needle/thread for hand-sewing • knitting needles • crochet hooks • hammer • voltmeter • screwdriver • tapes and glues • hand drill • and more!

We’re also looking for volunteers! If you’re handy and want to help out, let us know at ballardtoollibrary@gmail.com.
Repair Cafe @ 6pm; the Ballard Tool Library monthly planning meeting will follow @ 7:30pm.
