Since December 2015, our dedicated Bread team has been faithfully gleaning unsold bread and pastries from Tall Grass Bakery on weekend evenings, and delivering it to St. Luke’s meal program on Monday morning.
This spring we also started working with Café Besalu, gleaning baked goods and pastries on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. This means even more deliciousness for our neighbors in need.
